Description:
We will discuss the grievance submitted by Education Minnesota Red Wing and make a recommendation to the school board. One option is to deny the grievance but give me the ability to negotiate a settlement with Education Minnesota prior to arbitration. We will discuss options for a potential settlement.

Description:
The District Directors formed a certified bargaining group so we need to negotiate an agreement. I have a rough draft of an agreement for your review.
