2.1. Early Retirement Incentives
Description:
We need to finalize the decision regarding early retirement incentives. The recommendation is to deny the requests, but we had agreed to have the school district's attorney contact the Education Minnesota attorney to discuss the issue one more time. Brad will give an update.
|
2.2. Director Terms and Conditions of Employment
Description:
Attached are a master copy and redline version of proposed changes to the terms and conditions of employment for Directors. The recommendation is to increase each Director's salary by 2% and add $500 to their 403(b) matches; this is comparable to the settlement for teachers and other employees. We can also discuss eliminating paid emergency leave and increasing vacation to match the Superintendent or custodians. Furthermore, I suggest changing severance pay so that individuals who have been here 8 years would qualify; this time minimum matches the Superintendent's contract.
|
2.3. Program Supervisor Terms and Conditions of Employment
Description:
Attached are a master copy and redline version of proposed changes to the terms and conditions of employment for Program Supervisors. The recommendation is to increase each Program Supervisor's salary by 2.5% each year; this is comparable to the settlement for teachers and other employees. We can also discuss eliminating paid emergency leave, providing unpaid leave for individuals who do not work 260-day contracts, and allowing eligible employees to carry-over personal leave.
|
2.4. Non-Classified Employee Terms and Conditions of Employment
Description:
Attached are a master copy and redline version of proposed changes to the terms and conditions of employment for Non-Classified Personnel. The recommendation is to increase each employee's salary by 2.5% each year; this is comparable to the settlement for teachers and other employees. We can also discuss providing unpaid leave for individuals who do not work 260-day contracts and allowing eligible employees to carry-over personal leave.

2.5. Program Assistant Terms and Conditions of Employment
Description:
