2.1. Early Retirement Incentives
Description:
Two teachers submitted requests for early retirement incentives, and at least two others have approached us with similar inquiries. Brad has done some research on the issue and will have a recommendation.

2.2. Custodial Grievance
Description:
The committee will hear a custodial grievance. A recommendation will be made to the full school board.
|
|
2.3. Superintendent Contract
Description:
Earlier this school year, the Personnel Committee gave Karsten an offer to extend his contract for an additional three years. Karsten has not yet responded to the offer because he was waiting for model language from MASA and MSBA related to the Affordable Care Act, plus he wanted to make sure the school district was prepared to begin negotiations with other employee groups first. Karsten will provide a counter to the offer.

Description:
We will discuss negotiations and setting terms and conditions of employment with various individuals.

Description:
