1.D. Announcement: Notice of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Section 551.043 of the Texas Government Code
 

2. “Discussion, consideration and action concerning award of architectural and engineering services RFQ for Elementary School HVAC Replacement, Middle School HVAC and Roof Replacements, High School Roof Replacement, and Teacher Housing Inspection Services.”

 

3. Information Update: Review a summary of the responses received from the community and staff surveys that were conducted as a part of the superintendent search.
 

4. Closed Meeting - The Board will enter into closed session pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, 551.074 of the Texas Government Code: The Board will take no vote or action in Closed Session. 
 

4.A. Closed Meeting Topic:

1. Review superintendent's applications for interviews.

2. Select interview questions

3. Review the previously approved interview schedule

4. Review the first round interview procedures.

 

5. Return to Open Session to take action as needed on items discussed in Closed Session under the Texas Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, 551.074 of the Texas Government Code.
 

6. Consider / approve expense reimbursements for out-of-town interviewees.
