Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to determine the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including the nonrenewal of term contract teacher Aqenetta Watson.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules or Professional Conduct of the state Bar or Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 55 of the Texas Government Code, including the nonrenewal of term contract Aquenetta Watson. 

A. Conduct a hearing regarding the nonrenewal of term contract teacher Aquenetta Watson.

7. Open Session
A. Consider and take possible action on the nonrenewal of the term contract of Aquenetta Watson.
