8.B. Discuss the value of the former West Elementary School property. (For the purpose of considering the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property when deliberation would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072.)
