1. Pursuant to Governor Abbott's Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, this Regular Board Meeting of the West ISD Board of Trustees will be conducted via video conference and telephone call. The video conference will be audible to the Board and public and allow for two-way communication. The Board of Trustees will not be physically present at one location, but a Quorum will be required for the meeting on the video conference or phone. A recording of the meeting will be available on the West ISD website under "Board Archived Meetings and Agendas" and on the West ISD YouTube Channel.

Note of Order Language: An election is hereby ordered to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, for voting in a General Election to elect one (1) person for each position to serve the full term of three (3) years for two (2) positions (Place 1 and Place 2) on the Board of Trustees for the West Independent School District.

13. Action. Consideration and possible action by the Board to approve the Waco Regional Day School Program for the Deaf (Waco RDSPD) Interlocal Agreement and Amendment to the Shared Services Agreement. [District Goals #1, 2, 4, and 5]
