3. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING AN APPLICATION FOR TAXABLE VALUE LIMITATION ON ELIGIBLE PROPERTY FILED BY UNITED STATES GYPSUM COMPANY UNDER THE TEXAS JOBS, ENERGY, TECHNOLOGY, AND INNOVATION ACT, TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE 403, SUBCHAPTER T

3.A. The Little Cypress-Mauriceville Consolidated Independent School District (“CISD”) will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Texas Government Code § 403.611 (b) regarding an Application for Taxable Value Limitation on Eligible Property filed by United States Gypsum Company (“USGC”), Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Application J0009, under the Texas Jobs, Energy, Technology, and Innovation Act, Texas Government Code § 403, Subchapter T. USGC plans to invest over $625MM in equipment, building, and utility/roadway upgrades to rehabilitate the former International Paper facility. The project will be sited inside the Reinvestment Zone, 1750 IP Way Road, Orange, Texas 77632 located at 1750 IP Way Road Orange, TX 77632.
