I. CLOSED SESSION, PURSUANT TO TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, SECTIONS 551.071 through 551.087

I.1. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's
attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the
Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly
conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, specifically regarding a
Level 3 appeal

I.2. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, deliberation regarding
the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or
dismissal of a public officer and/or employee specifically regarding a Level 3 appeal;
and/or

I.3. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821 to deliberate a matter
regarding a student if personally identifiable information about the student will
necessarily be revealed by the deliberation, specifically regarding a Level 3 appeal.

1. Consultation with Board’s attorney regarding the process and procedures for the Level 3 hearing to be conducted with regard to Ashley Riker.

2. Conduct hearing regarding the Level 3 appeal filed by Ashley Riker, pursuant to Board Policies FNG (LEGAL) and FNG (LOCAL).

3. Consultation with Board's attorney regarding the Level 3 appeal filed by Ashley Riker.
