XII.B. Pursuant to section 10-15-1 (H2) NMSA 1978, the Board will convene in Executive Session to discuss the limited personnel matters that include Superintendent's goals and Superintendent's evaluation process and contract.

No action will be taken in Executive Session. Action, if any, will be taken when the Board reconvenes in open session following the closed session.
