Pursuant to NMSA 1978, 10-15-1H(4), the Board will convene in Executive Session specifically to serve in its appellate capacity to review a student discipline matter and conduct deliberations regarding said student discipline matter. No action will be taken in Executive Session. Action will be taken when the Board reconvenes in Open Session.
