Pursuant to NMSA 1978, 10-15-1H(2), the Board will convene in Executive Session specifically to discuss the evaluation and investigation of the Superintendent. |

III.B. Litigation:
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, 10-15-1(H)(7), the Board will convene in Executive Session for discussion with legal counsel subject to the attorney-client privilege pertaining to threatened or pending litigation in which the public body is or may be a participant. No action will be taken in Executive Session. Action, if any, will be taken when the Board reconvenes in Open Session following the Closed Session. |
