3.1. Consideration and possible action to approve Cynthia Aguilar as Tax Collector for Reagan County ISD for 2026-2027.
 

3.2. Consideration and possible action to approve the Certified Appraisal Roll for 2026-2027.
 

3.3. Consideration and possible action to approve an Ordinance Setting Tax Rate for 2026-2027.
 

3.4. Consideration and possible action to approve the Tax Roll.
 

3.5. Consideration and possible action to approve no early pay of 1, 2, and 3 tax discounts for 2026-2027.

 

3.6. Consideration and possible action to approve (A) General Homestead Exemption and (B) Over 65 and Disability Exemptions for 2026-2027.

3.7. Consideration and action on the contract dated March 20, 2023 with Gallagher Construction Company, LP as the Construction Manger Agent for the District's Campus Improvements Program.
 

3.8. Consideration and action to determine the construction delivery method for the remaining projects in the District's Campus Improvements Program, including but not limited to: construction of a new competition gym and improvements to District parking lots, and authorize action related thereto.
 

3.9. Consideration and possible action to give the Superintendent contractual authority for the Purchase of Attendance Credit for 2026-2027. (Recapture Payments)
