1. Consider/Approve the Employment of legal counsel for purpose of assisting and advising the Board of Trustees on proposed nonrenewal of professional term contract employee.

2. Conduct nonrenewal hearing concerning term contract employee.

2. Personnel Matters/Gov't Code §551.074 - Deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of individual public officers or employees.

1. Consider and take action to renew or not renew employee term contract.

2. Consider and take action on personnel matters.
