9.C.1. North Valley HS College and Career Advocate Ambur DeChenne requests approval to submit a grant application for the ASPIRE Capacity Building Grant. The request will be for $14,000 to fund travel expenses, food, new furniture for the college and careers room, activities/student enrichment, new technology, and a possible AC/heating unit.

9.C.2. District Administrator Travis Osborne requests permission to apply for the Hammer Strength Equipment grant through the NSCA for the Illinois Valley High School weight room. The grant would provide $14,500 in equipment.

9.D.1. North Valley HS Athletic Director Tim Sam requests approval to travel to Indianapolis to attend the National Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) board meeting. All costs to be covered by the NIAAA, no expense to TRSD.

Fort Vannoy Principal and District Safety Coordinator Jessica Falkenhagen requests approval for out of state travel to attend the National Association of School Resources Officers Conference July 6-11, 2025 in Grapevine, Texas. Description:
School Board meetings are meetings of the School Board held in public, not meetings with the public. As a general rule, the Board will not engage in discussion with the public during this portion of the meeting. Please rest assured that all comments are carefully considered and will help guide future Board action. If you wish to speak, please complete the 'School Board Comment Card' if in-person or complete the Public Comment Request online at: https://www.3riverssd.org to provide public comment virtually. There will be 20 minutes allotted for public input. When your name is called you will be allowed your 2-3 minutes to speak. Keep your remarks brief and respect the time limit. Complaints about staff members cannot be discussed in open session and must be handled through a complaint procedure.
