Consideration and action to acquire undeveloped real property out of a 258.8 acre unplatted tract of land in section 65, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County Texas,  further described as the Heritage Hills (South) Preliminary Plan,  to be used in the development and construction of a new elementary campus, currently designated as the “North Elementary School,” and authorizing other matters incident thereto

Consideration and action to acquire undeveloped real property out of Section 73, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, Texas, to  be used in the development and construction of a new high school campus, currently designated as “CISD High School No. 3,” and authorizing other matters incident thereto

Consideration and action to adopt a resolution, as presented, designating a Construction Manager-at-Risk, pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, as the delivery method that provides the best value for the District for the construction of a New High School and delegating authority to a Construction Committee to rank and select the Construction Managers at
Risk, as outlined in the resolution

15. Consideration and action to approve the Standard Form of Agreement  between Owner and Contractor as amended by the District, with Wiley Hicks, Jr. Inc. for contractor services relating to the Gene Howe Elementary Project (CSP # 19-004)

16. Consideration and action to approve the Standard Form of Agreement  between Owner and Contractor as amended by the District, with Panhandle Steel Builders, Inc. for contractor services relating to the renovation of the District's Transportation Facility (CSP # 19-007)
