7.H. Amend policy EIC (local) for the 2017-2018 academic school year to state as follows:
The valedictorian and salutatorian shall be the eligible students with the highest and second highest ranking, respectively. To be eligible for such recognition, a student must: 1. Have been continuously enrolled in the District high school for the four semesters immediately preceding graduation with the exception that if a student was enrolled at the end of the 2016-2017 school year in Ingleside ISD and is enrolled again in Ingleside ISD by September 21, 2017, that student shall be deemed to have been continuously enrolled even if they enrolled at another school prior to September 21, 2017; and 2. Have completed the Recommended Program or the Advanced/Distinguished Achievement Program for graduation.
