3.C. Resolution # 236-08-14 to approve proposed property tax rate be increased by the adoption of an M & O tax rate of $1.04 and an I & S rate of $0.04, which is effectively a 1.024257% increase in the tax rate. For a $100,000 home the increase in taxes will be $21.20. The adopted tax rate will raise more taxes for M & O than the prior year’s tax rate.
