3.C. Resolution # 226-08-13 to approve proposed Tax Rate for the 2013 tax year. Tax Rate • M & O $ 1.04• I & S $0.04, which is effectively a 2.6045% increase in the Tax Rate. For a $100,000 home the increase in taxes will be $28.39. The adopted tax rate will raise more taxes for M& O Than the prior year's tax rate.
