7.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071 and 551.0821, consultation with school attorney regarding pending litigation and possible settlement of Student v. Ingleside Independent School District.   Before a Special Education Hearing Officer for the State of Texas; Docket No. 312 SE 0810.

7.B.  Code 551.074  Approve employee contracts for 2010-2011.

8. Return to Open Session and Take Necessary Action on Matters Which the Board May Discuss in Open Session and Upon Which Action May be Taken.
