The Board of Trustees will conduct an executive session pursuant to the following provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq.:

2.A. 551.071 - Private Consultation with the Board's Attorney on a Matter in Which the Duty of the Attorney to the Governmental Body Under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Board of Texas Clearly Conflicts with this Chapter

2.B. 551.072 - Deliberate the Purchase, Exchange, Lease, or Value of Real Property if Deliberation in an Open Meeting Would Have a Detrimental Effect on the Position of the Governmental Body in Negotiations With a Third Person
|

3. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION

3.A. Consideration and Board Action, if any, to Authorize the Purchase of Real Property, the Terms of the Purchase, and to Authorize the Superintendent to Take all Steps to Accomplish the Transaction.
