1. Call Meeting to Order, Roll Call, and Establish Quorum

2. Pledge of Allegiance and Invocation

3. Comments from the public. Citizen communications: (Open Forum-limit of three (3) minutes per speaker) Public participation is limited to the designated open forum portion of the meeting. At all times during board meetings, the audience shall not enter into discussion or debate on matters being considered by the Board. No presentation shall exceed three (3) minutes. The total time for Public Comments should not exceed fifteen (15)minutes.

4. Executive Session: Board of Trustees may go into Closed Session pursuant to Section(s) 551.071 through 551.084 Government Code, to discuss the following:
A. Discussion and Interviews for the position of Superintendent of Schools |

5. Reconvene in Open Session 551.074 for the purpose of discussing personnel, considering appointment, employment, resignation, retirement, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.
