3.A. Consider a recommendation to the City Council on the Downtown Revitalization Drawdown #5 in the amount of $50,337.72.

3.B. Consider a recommendation to the City Council on Resolution 2023-28 setting a Public Hearing for the purchase of 1209 and 1211 Main Ave.
