3. Items of Business

Rationale:

The Committee may discuss or limit discussion on, hear testimony in favor of or in opposition to, or take action to provide a recommendation to the City Council on any matter presented under this title.

3.A. Discuss making Fairway Drive no parking from 2 am to 4 am.

3.B. Discuss the three bids for the 2021 gap paving project and provide a recommendation to the City Council on the selection of a contractor.
