Description:
The Board will now hear those who wish to make comments and who have completed and returned the Public Comment Participation Request. This section will be conducted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and Board Policy. Complaints and concerns, for which other resolution channels are provided, shall be directed through those channels.

VI. Action and/or Discussion Items

VI.A. Accept for Consideration Lyondell Chemical Company Application for an Appraised Property Value Limitation on Qualified Property, Pursuant to the Texas Economic Development Act, Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code, Assess an Application Fee, an Authorize the Superintendent to Review the Application for Completeness, Engage Necessary Consultants and Legal Counsel, Submit to the Comptroller, and to Extend the 150-day Deadline for the Board to Act on such Application, Subject to Final Ratification by the Board of Trustees.
