I.C. Review of Superintendent's goal for District Growth Planning.

II.A. Deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties,
discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including discussing complaints,
hiring, resignation, termination, proposal for non renewal, proposal for termination,
evaluation, promotion or demotion of personnel. Gov't Code 551.074

II.B. Deliberating the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property. Gov't Code 551.072

II.C. Deliberation regarding security devices, personnel deployment, or security audits. Gov't Code 551.076.

II.D. Consulting privately with the board’s attorney concerning contemplated litigation. Gov't Code

II.E. Discussion regarding the duties and responsibilities of School Board members. Gov't Code

II.F. Pursuant to 551.071, Texas Government Code, consultation with District's legal counsel regarding legal and procedural matters related to Level Three employee grievance appeal of Nicole Benton. Pursuant to 551.074 and 551.0821, Texas Government Code, Level Three employee grievance appeal hearing of Nicole Benton and deliberations regarding same.
