Description:
Currently, we fully anticipate having a balanced budget to present to you in August. Melissa and I will be working on that daily.
Swepco has sent notification of a 20% increase in rates for 2013. Official letter has been received from TEA with preliminary figures of funds to be repaid for 2009-2010 due to non-compliance of MOE. |

Description:
