Description:
As noted via email, we have two options: File a waiver, which will cost us one day's funding, or make the day up. I recommend making the day up on Jan 2nd.

6.A.4. Playground Renovation
Description:
We had many volunteers and would like to thank Mayor Gilreath for his support and help in the renovation of our playground as well as Mr. Eastepp. We had several teachers and some students also help with the labor and/or donate the use of equipment. 6.A.5. Weaver Gym Solar Panels
Description:
Ribbon Cutting and Media Event has been scheduled for Tuesday, December 13th at 3pm.

6.A.6. Evaluation
Description:
Superintendent's evaluation is scheduled for our January meeting. Please complete the attached form and return to President, Tim Usrey. President Usrey may set a date for all members to have the evaluation back to him for tabulation/calculations prior to the January meeting.

6.A.7. Cafeteria/EZ Pay
Description:
We are working diligently on getting EZPay up and running once again. I plan for it to be in place by Jan 2nd.

Description:
Number 12 bus is at Bowie Co Transportation at the time of release of boardbook. We very well may have it back before the board meeting. The blue suburban has been in the shop (JP Harvey's) twice with electrical/gauge issues.

8.A. Consider/Approve commitment of $38,099 of fund balance for workman's compensation.
Description:
Superintendent recommends committing these funds. This action just earmarks these funds for workman's comp and if not used/needed can be uncommitted with board action. We must take action on this item prior to approval of the annual audit for 2011.

8.B. Consider/Approve reimburseable payment of $21,000 to Sustainable Services for Solar Panels per the SECO grant.
Description:
Once we make payment to Sustainable Services, we then apply for reimbursement through the SECO Grant.

8.C. Consider/Approve making up of the lost instructional day on January 2nd or filing of a waiver.
Description:
I recommend making up the day to avoid loss of funds.

8.D. Consider/Nominate representative for the Appraisal Review Board of the Red River Appraisal District.
Description:
If you would like to make a nomination for this board it must be submitted by December 31st. You do not have to make a nomination. The person nominated must be willing to go through a 1 day training course.

8.E. Consider/Approve budget amendment to increase appropriation for athletic fuel.

8.F. Consider/Approve Annual Financial Audit for School Year 2010-2011
