Consistent with Board Policy BEC (Local), when necessary for meeting management, the following will apply: When 1 to 3 individuals sign up to address the Board, they will each be given 5 minutes.  When 4 to 6 individuals sign up to address the Board, they will each be given 3 minutes.  When 7 or more individuals sign up to address the Board, they will each be given 2 minutes.
