CLOSED MEETING- Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have detrimental effect on the position of the District in negotiations with a third person, specifically, the possible purchase of land for an elementary school.

4. RECONVENE - Open meeting to vote on matters considered in closed session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, to take action necessary on items discussed in closed meeting.

5. CLOSED MEETING - Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, including, but not limited to Section 551.074 - Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.
