5.a) Consider Lease of Region 18 ESC Annex Building
Description:
Deliberation and possible action to authorize the Executive Director to execute, on the Board's behalf, a lease agreement with the Education Partnership of the Permian Basin for the lease of the real property known as the Region 18 ESC annex building and parking lot (located at the northeast corner of Banks Drive and LaForce Boulevard) and to perform modifications to the annex building related to such lease agreement.
