I. TEAM OF 8 TRAINING: The Board and Superintendent will participate in an interactive Team of 8 Training Workshop, via Net 3 broadcast from Region III Education Service Center, Victoria Texas.  The training will include information regarding TASA legislative priorities, Texas legislative contact information,  school vouchers, the A-F Accountability System,  the roles and responsibilities of the board members and superintendent, team collaboration  and will include a  team assessment.
