In order to continue our CEP program, which provides free breakfast and lunch to all students, and to continue receiving the reimbursement provided which makes it possible, Sandy needs to raise paid adult prices on breakfast from $3.00 to $3.50 and lunch from $4.50 to $5.00.  The rate increase is needed because the policy states we have to charge the adults we serve more than we receive back in reimbursement.

7.
