1. 5:00 P.M CALL TO ORDER AND ESTABLISH QUORUM 

2. OPEN FORUM FOR AGENDA ITEMS

2.A. Pursuant to Board Policy BED (Local), at called meetings, public comment shall be limited to items on the agenda posted with notice of the meeting. Persons desiring to speak during Open Forum must complete a Sign-Up Card in its entirety and submit it to the Board President or designee prior to the meeting being convened. Speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes or less.

3.D. Consultation with Attorney (§551.071) and Deliberation concerning evaluation and duties of officer/trustees (§551.074), including
Team of 8 Training, consultation with the attorney with respect to pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers, and matters where the attorney's duty to the district, pursuant to the code of professional responsibility of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflicts with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, or on a matter which the attorney determines should be confidential.
