Goal Progress Measure 1.2 The percentage of third to fifth grade students at or above Meets on STAAR Reading will increase from 26% to 48% by August 2025. August 2021- 26%; August 2022 - 29%; August 2023- 33%; August 2024- 38%; August 2025- 44%

Goal Progress Measure 1.3 The percentage of 6th through 8th grade students at or above Meets on STAAR Reading will increase from 32% to 58% by August 2025. August 2021- 32%; August 2022- 35%; August 2023- 39%; August 2024- 44%; August 2025-50 %

Student Outcome Goal 2.0 The percentage of students 3rd-grade through Algebra I at or above on Meets on STAAR/EOC Mathematics will increase from 16% to 38% by August 2025. August 2021- 16%; August 2022- 20%; August 2023- 25%; August 2024- 31%; August 2025- 38%

Local Goal Progress Measure 2.1 The percentage of kindergarten to second grade at or above the grade level on number operations and algebraic reasoning as measured by District assessment will increase from XX% to XX% by August 2025. August 2022- XX%; August 2023- XX%; August 2024- XX%; August 2025- XX% Baseline will be determined  in May 2022 through district created assessment.  This is a new progress measure and no previous data has been captured.  Data capture will begin in May 2022.

Goal Progress Measure 2.2 The percentage of third to fifth grade students performing at the Meets level on STAAR Math will increase from 22% to 45% by August 2025. August 2021- 22%; August 2022- 26%; August 2023- 31%; August 2024- 37%; August 2025- 45%

Goal Progress Measure 2.3 The percentage of 6th through 8th grade students performing at the Meets level on STAAR Math will increase from 11% to 33% by August 2025. August 2021- 11%; August 2022- 15%; August 2023- 20%; August 2024- 26%; August 2025- 33%

Goal Progress Measure 2.4 The percentage of Junior High School Algebra 1 students at Meets or above on EOC will increase from 10% to 32% by August 2025. August 2021- 10%; August 2022- 14%; August 2023- 19%; August 2024- 25%; August 2025- 32%

Board Constraint 3.0 Do not deviate from Natalia ISD Board Policy or Natalia ISD Board Operating Procedures such as negotiating financial compensation with district employees.
