Consider Approval of Eichelbaum, Wardell, Hansen,  Powell and Munoz

CLOSED SESSION: The Board may go into closed session to discuss any item that is listed in the Texas Government Code Section for the Texas Open Meetings Act and that appears on this agenda.

Consider presentations to the Board from construction firms that responded to the August 2019 RFP for the provision of construction manager at-risk services to the District for its 2019 bond projects and were short-listed in accordance with the procedures, criteria, and weights set forth in the Request for Proposals.

Deliberation on ranking, in accordance with Texas Government Code 2269.253(g), Construction Manager at-Risk firms that responded to the August 2019 RFP for the provision of construction manager at-risk services to the District for its 2019 bond projects.

Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution that accomplishes the following:  (1) ranks the Construction Manger at-Risk (“CMAR”) firms that responding to the August 2019 RFP for the    provision of construction manager at-risk services to the District for its 2019 bond projects; (2) authorizes the superintendent, with the assistance of legal counsel, to negotiate a satisfactory contract with ranked CMAR firms in accordance with the procedures set forth in Texas Government Code 2269.254; and (3) authorizes the superintendent to take any and all action necessary to carry outthe purposes of the Board as described in the resolution.
