6.G. The Board of Trustees will meet in closed (executive) session for the purpose of deliberating the dismissal of a public employee, SISD  teacher/ coach Sinhue Noreiga, for good cause, as determined by the Board (“good cause” being the failure to meet the accepted standards of conduct for the profession, as generally recognized and applied in similarly situated school districts in this state),  in accordance with section 551. 074 (a) (1), Tex. Gov’t Code.
The Board of Trustees may also elect to conduct a private consultation with its attorney regarding legal aspects of the Noreiga termination action, in accordance with section 551.071 (2), Tex. Gov’t Code;
Any action, decision, or vote on this matter will be taken in open (public) session, at this meeting, or at a  subsequent duly posted meeting of the Board of Trustees.

6.H. The open session of the meeting will recess and the Board of Trustees will convene in closed session for the following purposes.
