11. BUSINESS AGENDA.

11.1. Proposed executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1) for the purpose of reviewing and selecting OTEP (Oklahoma Teacher Excellence Program) candidates for the 2026–2027 school year. 

11.2. Motion and vote to convene or not to convene in executive session.

11.3. Acknowledge the board's return to open session. 

11.4. Executive session compliance announcement. 

11.5. Discussion and possible action to approve, disapprove, or amend district requirements and teacher designations for the 2026–2027 Oklahoma Teacher Empowerment Program (OTEP).
 

11.6. Consideration and possible selection of applicants for participation in the Oklahoma Teacher Empowerment Program (OTEP) for the 2026–2027 school year.

11.7. Discussion and possible action to approve the transcription of eligible mathematics, science, and computer science course credits completed by Agra High School students at Meridian Technology Center for high school graduation credit, in accordance with the guidelines established by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education and the Oklahoma State Department of Education.

11.8. Consideration and possible approval of the Diabetes Medical Management Plan form, including required medical provider approval and parent/guardian consent for diabetes care and monitoring, for use during the 2026–2027 school year.

11.9. Consideration and Possible Approval of the Findings and Recommendations of the Safe School/Healthy Fit Committee. 

11.10. Consideration and possible approval of a request to the Oklahoma State Department of Education for deregulation of OAC 210:35-9-71, OAC 210:35-7-61, and OAC 210:35-5-71 to allow Agra Public Schools to operate its school libraries without a certified librarian and utilize full-time library assistants.

11.11. Consideration and possible approval to adjunct Alexa Gilleland as a Fourth Grade Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year pursuant to 70 O.S. § 6-122.3(G) and applicable Oklahoma State Department of Education adjunct-teaching requirements. Alexa Gilleland does not currently hold an Oklahoma teaching certificate. The Board finds that Alexa Gilleland possesses the qualifications and expertise necessary to serve as an adjunct teacher in the assigned area. Employment and adjunct authorization shall be contingent upon completion and approval of all required OSDE documentation and district employment requirements.

11.12. Consideration and possible approval to extend Madison Longan’s Emergency Certificate in Elementary Education for the 2026–2027 school year, contingent upon approval by the Oklahoma State Board of Education and completion of all applicable Oklahoma State Department of Education requirements. 

11.13. Consideration and possible approval to adjunct Ivan McFarlin to serve as a Physical Education/Health/Safety Teacher, teaching physical education to grades 7–12, for Agra Public Schools for the 2026–2027 school year, pursuant to applicable Oklahoma adjunct-teaching requirements.

11.14. Consideration and possible approval to request emergency certification for Shawna Swindell in the area of Early Childhood Education for the 2026–2027 school year, contingent upon approval by the Oklahoma State Board of Education and completion of all applicable Oklahoma State Department of Education requirements.

11.15. Consideration and possible approval to adjunct Jake Fisher to teach Physical Science to grades 7- 12 for Agra Public Schools for the 2026–2027 school year, pursuant to applicable Oklahoma adjunct-teaching requirements, contingent upon approval by the Oklahoma State Board of Education and completion of all applicable Oklahoma State Department of Education requirements. 

11.16. Discussion and possible vote to approve or not approve the Records Investigation Policy, regarding felony record searches and criminal background checks for district employees, as required by 70 O.S. § 5-142.

11.17. Discussion and possible vote to approve or not approve revisions to Title IV Board Policy FB, Sexual Harassment of Students and Exhibits FB-E1, FB-E2, FB-E3, and FB-E4, and to designate Delbert Rossiter, Superintendent, as the District Title IX Coordinator.

11.18. Discussion and possible vote to approve or not approve Parental Involvement / Parents’ Bill of Rights Board Policy and Exhibit E1 – Parents’ Bill of Rights Complaint/Concern Form.

11.19. Motion to approve the Agra Public Schools Chase Morris Sudden Cardiac Arrest Emergency Response Plan for the 2026–2027 school year as presented.
