5. Pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.076, the Board will convene in closed session to discuss the Intruder Detection Audit report.

6. Executive Session: as authorized by Texas Government Code Chapter 551.001 through 551.146

7. Texas Gov't Code 551.076 Deliberation Regarding Security Devices or Security Audits: To deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; or a security audit.

7.A. Discussion and review of the Intruder Detection Audit report.

8. Reconvene Following Executive Session - vote on matters considered in executive session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, to take action necessary regarding executive session (if any).

9. Discussion and Possible Approval of Items Discussed in Executive Session

9.A. Consider and take possible action on matters discussed in closed session regarding security assessments pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.076.

10.A. Discuss and possibly approve retaining and creating specialized instructional positions, including dyslexia and special education teachers, for the 2026–27 school year as determined by student needs. The board authorizes the superintendent to post, hire, or adjust positions as necessary to meet state requirements and ensure appropriate student services.
