BEGINNING at N.W. corner of J.J. Shaddix home tract also at S.W. corner D.A. Floyd place.
THENCE S. 284 vrs. to L.N. McCord N.W. corner at stake;
THENCE E with L.N. McCord N.B. line to N.E. corner of L.N. McCord lot, a stake;
THENCE N. 284 vrs. to D.A. Floyd S.B. line a stake;
THENCE W. with said D.A. Floyd S. B. L. 186 vrs. to place of beginning, containing 9 35/100 acres of land. Less 4 acres on the South side owned by Tom Bobinson as of September 8, 1953. 

Being the same land described in quitclaim Deed from the L.E. Loffer and A.E. Loffer, sole heirs of C.W. Loffer, deceased, to Marietta Common School District No. 42 dated September 8, 1953, recorded in Volume 292, page 187, deed of records of Cass County, Texas.
