Public hearing to consider petition for detachment of Village of Diamond Bay section of Shadow Creek Ranch from Fort Bend Independent School District pursuant to Texas Education Code § 13.051

Convene in closed session under Texas Government Code § 551.071, for the purpose of a private consultation with the Board’s attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law, and under Texas Government Code § 551.072, for the purpose of deliberating on the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property

Reconvene in Open Session

Action Items

Consider adoption of findings regarding the proposed detachment of Village of Diamond Bay from Fort Bend Independent School District as required by Texas Education Code § 13.051(h)

Adopt resolution approving or disapproving petition for detachment pursuant to Texas Education Code §  3.051
