7. Closed Session: Board will adjourn into closed session pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Open Meeting Act.

7.A.1. Consider Renewal and/or Nonrenewal of Term Contracts.

7.A.2. Termination of probationary contract classroom teacher(s) at the conclusion of the 2014-2015 school year.

7.A.3. Discussion regarding Interim Superintendent's Duties and Responsibilities in Regards to Reassignments of Administrative Personnel, New Hires, Retirements, Resignations and matters Related Thereto.

7.A.4. Discussion Regarding Superintendent's Proposed Contract Terms and Matters related Thereto.

9. Action to Approve Termination of Probationary Contract classroom teacher(s) at the conclusion of the 2014-2015 school year in the best interests of the District and authorize Interim Superintendent to Send Notice of Same.

10. Action to Approve Superintendent's Employment contract to be Offered to Lone Finalist and Matters Related Thereto.

11. Discuss and/or Approve Out of State Travel for National History Fair Winners Bryson Ward, Shaun Saldivar, Sponsors, Dr. Ray Garza and Jessica Janota to travel to Washington, DC.
