4.A. Action Item: Discuss and Consider Approval of Policy Update AE(LOCAL).

4.C. Action Item: Consider Approval to use the general fund balance and amend the 2024-2025 General fund for the purchase of one 71 Passenger Bus.

4.D. Action Item: Approval of Hellas Contract.

4.E. Action Item: Consider and Approval of the Adoption of the prevailing wage rate for for Aransas, Nueces and San Patricio Counties as determined by the United States Department of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act for the Taft ISD Bond 2024 Treviño Junior High and Baseball and Softball Renovation projects.

4.F. Action Item: Discuss and Consider Approval of Construction Manager-at-Risk two-step process as the Construction Delivery Method for the New Taft High School and authorize the superintendent and construction sub-committee to evaluate and rank the submitted proposals.
