VII. Board will consider and take possible action on a construction project regarding HVAC replacement and redesign at the Elementary and Secondary School Campuses to include:

VII.A. Approval of Prevailing Wage Schedule to extend to all construction projects for a year

VII.B. Selection of the design/build procurement method as presenting the best value

VII.C. Approval to issue a Request for Qualifications for Design/Build Construction Services

VII.D. Authorization to Superintendent to take necessary action to secure and process proposals for further Board action

VIII. Closed Session:  Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to deliberate personnel; Texas Government Code Section 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; and Section 551.076 to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person.
