VII. Board will consider initial review of the Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property submitted pursuant to Texas Tax Code Chapter 313 by Misae Energy III, and authorizing Superintendent to engage consultants for review of Application.
 

VIII. Presentation of TASB Facility Study.

IX. Board will consider and take possible action to approve repairs to the Jr/Sr High School track.

X. Board will consider and take possible action to approve a Special Meeting before 12:00 am on May 18, 2022, to canvas votes from the May 7, 2022, Board of Trustee Election.

Closed Session:  Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to deliberate personnel; Texas Government Code Section 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; and Section 551.076 to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person.
