IV.A. Pursuant to Texas Govt. Code 551.074, discuss and consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

IV.B. Pursuant to Texas Gov't. Code 551.071 and Sec. 551.129, attorney consultation regarding legal issues related to the district's food management contract and it's corresponding budget.
