III.B. Discuss and consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

III.C. Discuss and consider the employment of a Chief Financial Officer.

III.D. Discuss and consider the employment of an Assistant Principal.

IV. Reconvene/Action After Closed Session.
