3.A. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District's attorney regarding legal issues involving proposed resignation and release agreement with Sonia T. Ornelas, a term contract employee, and regarding legal issues concerning state law and Board policies involving non-renewing term contract employees.

3.B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider proposed resignation and release agreement with Sonia T. Ornelas, a term contract employee.

3.C. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider non-renewal of the term contract of Sonia T. Ornelas.

4. Reconvene/action after closed session.

4.A. Discuss and take possible action regarding proposed resignation and release agreement with Sonia T. Ornelas, a term contract employee.

4.B. Discuss and take possible action regarding non-renewal of the term contract of Sonia T. Ornelas, and to authorize the Board President to provide written notice of the non-renewal of the term contract to Sonia T. Ornelas.
