Ornelas, a term contract employee, and regarding legal issues concerning state law and Board policies involving non-renewing term contract employees.

III.B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider proposed resignation and release agreement with Sonia T. Ornelas, a term contract employee.

III.C. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider non-renewal of the term contract of Sonia T. Ornelas.

IV. Reconvene/action after closed session.

IV.A. Discuss and take possible action regarding proposed resignation and release agreement with Sonia T. Ornelas, a term contract employee.

IV.B. Discuss and take possible action regarding non-renewal of the term contract of Sonia T. Ornelas, and to authorize the Board President to provide written notice of the non-renewal of the term contract to Sonia T. Ornelas.
