1. Collaborative Vision 2030
Description:
The Board will work on a Collaborative Vision Process (CVP) that will allow the district to clarify its vision, speak with one voice and travel in the same direction in pursuit of where it wants to be. The end result of Collaborative Visioning is a statement of the district's guiding strategy on what it intends to accomplish and the key initiatives for achieving it.
