Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code
Section 551.071, attorney consultation regarding legal issues related to
recommendation for proposed nonrenewal of term contract employee and other
matters as permitted by law.

Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Section 551.074, consider the appointment,
employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a
public officer or employee, including discussion of recommendation for proposed
nonrenewal of term contract employee.

6. Consider and take possible action to propose the nonrenewal of the term contract of the
Business Manager and to determine who will conduct the nonrenewal hearing if one is requested.

7. Consider and take possible action on the renewal, extension, or nonrenewal of employment
contracts.
